Håller dina projekt budget och tidplan? Eller kan dina team bli effektivare?

Många företag har idag stort kostnadsfokus med tuffa besparingsmål och effektiviseringar, men vill även hitta sätt att öka intäktsströmmarna. Den klassiska RIK-modellen, baserad på såväl forskning som empirisk vetenskap, är mer aktuell än någonsin. Kortsiktigt gäller att lyfta ut kostnader genom att spara på exempelvis lokaler eller personal samt effektivisering genom konsolideringar. Långsiktigt ska även affärerna växa, exempelvis genom mobila lösningar. Banker pratar i hög utsträckning om förflyttningen från ”transaktionsbank till relationsbank”.
